Women’s Self Defence

 

The Women’s Self Defence program is about real life self defence tactics and covers:

  • Mindset, situational awareness and dealing with fear

  • Defences for striking, grabbing, chokes, throws and ground scenarios

These skills will then be applied through potential scenarios allowing you to practice what you have learned and gain confidence in your abilities. All skill levels are welcome and we will work with each of you at your own pace and comfort level.

Each program is an eight week session.
