We have a tested mixed martial arts and self defence curriculum that matches today's real world scenarios. We’ll help you gain confidence in a step-by-step program. We start with the basics and progress into more complex techniques as you’re ready. Training with us is fun, exhilarating and rewarding.

Getting started is simple:

  • Drop in for a couple of trial classes (free of charge)

  • Start a regular program

  • Build skills around self defence, mixed martial arts, and fitness

  • Become confident, strong, and earn your black belt
